You can either have the potential lead / client contact us or we can contact them to find out what is needed.

If we propose a project and the potential lead / client goes with our company for the work, we will pay you right away in cash, check, money order, paypal, any way you designate.

The leads pay $100 for projects between $900-$3,000, and for projects exceeding $3,000 we pay an additional $100 per $1,000 over.

We do all the work, you just provide a potential lead / client that you either direct to us or make sure they would have a serious interest in Blue Laser Design contacting them.

If you are extremely good at finding potential clients in addition to looking for a full time position within the company, this is a good way to put your foot in the door as they say.

Graphic Designer / Web Development Full Time
Job Description:
Blue Laser Design, Inc. is currently seeking an entry level full time Graphic Designer / Developer. The hired candidate will begin work under a 90 day paid trial period. After the trial period has ended, the employee will be evaluated based on the work performed, performance, as well as future overall fit with Blue Laser Design, Inc.
This position requires the ability to develop artwork for both online design & website development with the ability to implement designs into working websites. Graphic Design experience in print media is a plus as well. This role requires skills in visual design, typography, color theory, composition, designing for the web and cross platforms (i.e. mobile & tablets) and an awareness of consumer marketing trends. Experience or understanding of corporate identity and branding are important. Understanding of standards-based front end web development is a plus. (CSS / XHTML).

Salary:
Salary will start at entry level ($12/hr) with the possibility of a pay increase after the 90 day trial period, with an ongoing opportunity for advancement.

- Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Manage and estimate appropriate time for each project
- Assist with the development of origional designs, layouts and concepts for multiple web and / or print projects
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
- Must have meticulous attention to details
- Must be a team player while exhibiting a high level of personal responsibility

Bonus Skills:
- Ability to code backend PHP, asp.net, Java, JQuery
- Experience implementing ecommerce sites
- Ability to code front end (CSS / XHTML / HTML5) from scratch
- Experience in developing WordPress sites

Marketing Major Internship Part / Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
This position will be an unpaid internship that will allow confident applicants to prove your skills and apply what you have learned to a real life situation. If you are successful and driven then your internship will turn into part time then full time employment. If you are unable to perform then you will not succeed with this company.
